Medication Compounding 
The art of preparing medications dates back to the origins of pharmacy. At Tiger Town Pharmacy we still practice the time proven art of compounding using modern variations of the "mortar and pestle" to prepare unique and individualized medications. Working with your doctor, compounding allows our pharmacists to customize the strength and dosage form of a medication according to individual needs. This may include making lozenges or preparing a drug that is no longer commercially available. Or it may involve changing a medication from a pill form into a penetrating skin cream, or adding flavors, or preparing a dye-free or preservative-free medication. The possibilities are endless.
Pharmacist Kim Bost can formulate and prepare just about any kind of medicine specifically designed just for you. Our compounding services can enhance virtually any area of medicine including natural hormone replacement therapy, children's dosage forms and flavors, capsule and suppository preparations, skin preparations, hospice formulations, lip balms, medicated lozenges, eye and eardrops, and even inhalation therapies. Veterinary Compounding

Free Prescription Delivery
We offer free delivery of prescriptions to any location within 5 miles of either Homer Drug Co. or Tiger Town Pharmacy. We offer same-day delivery for all prescriptions called in by noon and next day delivery for prescriptions called in after noon each day. Call for more details.
Weight Loss Program
Take Charge® Weight Loss & Healthy Lifestyle Strategies is a system of lifestyle modifications based on pharmacists teaching their patients how to live healthier lives through proper nutrition and fitness. This is a 13 week program where at each weekly visit, the patient is provided with educational materials that address a specific element of lifestyle change specific to their needs. Through these manuals and interaction with their pharmacist, the patient is slowly guided through necessary changes in their lifestyle habits by a hands on trial and error method that allows the patient to see first hand that they can make changes and that these changes have a positive impact on their health.
